Order Accuracy

Before placing your order, please double-check all details, including sizing, name and number spelling, and quantity. Once your order is submitted, it goes into production specifically for you.

Order Changes or Cancellations

Changes or cancellations can only be made while the team store is still open. After the store closes, all orders are locked in and sent to production. If you need to make a change, contact us immediately with your order number and request details.

Damaged or Incorrect Items

We stand behind our craftsmanship. If your item arrives damaged or incorrect, please contact us within 7 days of delivery with your order number and a photo of the issue. We’ll make it right.
